No Return, No Refund Policy
At Cooper and Charlie, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, custom-made photo magnets that are created specifically for you based on your unique images and specifications. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Please read our policy carefully before finalizing your purchase:
  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed, except in the specific circumstances outlined below. We encourage you to review your order details, including photo selection, text, and chosen shapes (square/round), carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all images and details submitted for your custom magnets. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues arising from customer errors, such as low-resolution photos, typos in custom text, or simply changing your mind about the design.
  • Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items): The only exception to our No Return, No Refund policy is if your item(s) arrive damaged or are defective due to an error on our part (e.g., a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent).
    • Reporting Period: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact our customer service team within 5-7 days of delivery.
    • Resolution: In such cases, we will gladly arrange for a replacement of the defective product at our discretion. We may require photos of the damage to process your claim efficiently.
  • Legal Compliance: This policy is in accordance with applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. It does not affect your statutory rights in cases where goods are faulty or not as described.
