Our button pins are crafted with quality and durability in mind, using a precise assembly process that combines premium materials for a professional finish.
Here's how they are made:
- Design and Print: The process begins with your custom design, which is printed in vibrant color on high-quality, glossy photo paper. The artwork is then precisely cut into a perfect circle, slightly larger than the finished button size to allow for the edges to wrap around.
- Assembly (First Press): The components are then carefully layered into a professional button-making machine. A sturdy, pre-formed metal front shell is placed into the first die, followed by your printed design. A clear mylar film (a thin plastic protective layer) is added on top, which gives the button its signature glossy finish and protects the artwork from the elements. The machine is then pressed, which crimps the edges of the metal shell around the paper and mylar, securely holding them together.
- Final Assembly (Second Press): In the second step, the partially assembled button is moved to the second die. A separate durable metal pin back, complete with the pin mechanism, is placed into the machine with the pin facing the correct direction for wearing. The machine is pressed again, securely fastening the back to the front shell, creating a complete and durable button pin.
The result is a long-lasting, high-quality button pin that features vibrant image clarity and a robust construction.

Product Turnaround Time
1. Standard Products
The standard turnaround time for the following items is 2 to 3 business days:
- 2x2 Photo Magnets: Includes all standard-size 2x2 custom photo magnets.
- Button Pins: Includes all sizes and styles of custom button pins.
2. Specialized & Seasonal Products
The standard turnaround time for the following items is 2 to 5 business days after proof approval:
- Save the Date Photo Magnets: Production begins following the customer's final approval of the design proof.
- Christmas Photo Magnet Cards: Production begins following the customer's final approval of the design proof.
3. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend will also begin processing the following Monday.
4. Definition of "Business Days"
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major national holidays.
5. Proof Approval Process
For products requiring proof approval (Save the Date magnets and Christmas cards), the production timeline begins immediately after the customer formally approves the final design proof. Delays in proof approval will result in a corresponding delay in the production start date.
6. Shipping Timeframes
Production time is separate from shipping time. Once an order is completed, it will be packaged and shipped according to the method chosen at checkout. Customers will receive a separate shipping notification and tracking information once their order leaves our facility. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please factor in both the production time listed above and the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and we use carriers such as [e.g., USPS, FedEx ,UPS]. Magnets are packaged carefully. You can optionally offer free standard shipping.
We ship within the U.S., including U.S. Territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, with USPS authorized to deliver to P.O. boxes and military bases USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours.
